Fitment here is narrow on purpose: this is the 2012 Lexus LS 460L service and repair manual, matched to that exact model year and to your drivetrain, so every specification, torque figure and procedure in it is the one Lexus published for this car rather than a close-enough number borrowed from a neighboring model year or a different LS variant.

Known issues on the 2012 LS 460L. No recalls are on federal record for the 2012 LS 460L, and Lexus has issued no technical service bulletins for the year. What does exist on this model year is owner-reported: 8 complaints filed for 2012. None of that is campaign work, so what matters is the diagnosis itself, and the test procedures, component specifications and repair steps needed to run a fault down are here.
Chasing one of those eight owner reports or simply working through a service interval, you stay on the OEM procedure and the specification Lexus set for the 2012 LS 460L rather than an approximation of it.
Someone hit from front left head on but the airbags did not deploy. Car was damaged the extent that it maybe totalled. I am working with ALSTATE Insurance at this time.
