This is the 2011 Jaguar XK in Base Coupe 2-Door and Base Convertible 2-Door form, both on the 5.0L V8 Gas engine. Fitment is exact to that year and that drivetrain, so the values you work to are the ones Jaguar released for this car rather than figures carried over from an adjacent model year.

Known issues on the 2011 XK. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. One is an electrical system recall covering XK convertibles manufactured October 1, 2010 through August 1, 2013: the switch in the overhead roof console also activates the power operated windows when the convertible roof is opening or closing, and because that switch does not move downward to close the windows these vehicles fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 118 - the power windows may inadvertently be activated and pinch or injure an arm or finger. The other falls under engine and engine cooling: the in-tank electric fuel pump may not be correctly activated as the fuel pump relay is not energized following a vehicle start up cycle, and the fuel starvation that results leads to engine stumble followed by engine cut out with minimal warning and could potentially cause a crash. NHTSA lists no owner complaints for the 2011 XK.
Whether you are chasing a fuel delivery fault on the 5.0L V8 or working through the convertible roof and window control circuits, it holds you to the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your 2011 XK.
