2005 Chevrolet Chevy Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2005 Chevrolet Chevy covers three trims of the same small hatchback, Base, Comfort and S, in two-door and four-door form. All of them use the 98-cubic-inch 1.6L inline-four, a naturally aspirated single-cam gasoline engine, which keeps the mechanical half of the book undivided. Where the versions differ is in equipment and therefore in circuitry, and the diagrams are drawn so a wire can be followed on the car in front of you rather than on a generic one.

Known issues on the 2005 Chevy. This year comes through the federal record with nothing on it, no recall action and no owner complaint at NHTSA. What the manual offers instead is depth on a simple car. The 1.6L four is given its specifications, torque values, timing and clearance figures and its fuel, ignition and cooling procedures; the transaxle, brake, steering and suspension sections follow with their own diagnostics; and the body chapters handle panels, glass, seats and the electrical system in both the two-door and the four-door shell.
