The first covers the fuel feed line connecting the fuel filter to the engine, which was improperly manufactured by the supplier and can result in fuel leakage. The second covers the ignition switch: defective switches were improperly manufactured and can cause electrical accessories such as turn signals, windshield wipers, lamps, power windows, and air conditioning to malfunction when the car is started. The third covers V6-equipped vehicles' fuel injectors, whose internal seal can malfunction and allow fuel leakage in the engine compartment, which can result in a fire in the presence of an ignition source.
