Known issues on the 1993 100 Quattro. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the fuel feed line connecting the fuel filter to the engine, which may have been improperly manufactured and can result in fuel leakage. The second covers the fuel injection system on V6-equipped cars: an internal fuel injector seal can malfunction and leak fuel into the engine compartment, which in the presence of an ignition source can cause a fire. The third covers the frontal air bag sensor, which does not meet Audi's durability standards over the vehicle's lifetime and can inadvertently deploy the air bag without warning, risking loss of vehicle control.
