Known issues on the 1992 Typhoon. Three recalls touch this vehicle. Two involve fuel plumbing sold as replacement equipment: a fuel return line whose bleed valve was not tightened to the correct torque and can leak, and a replacement fuel filter that seals inadequately at its connection, either of which can put gasoline near an ignition source. The third is mechanical — the link tying the rear height sensor to the axle can come adrift, letting the sensor arm wedge against the right rear brake pipe and abrade it until the rear brakes fail. Three owner complaints are logged, mostly on the service brakes.
