1990 Eagle Premier Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1990 Eagle Premier covers a 4-door sedan offered as ES, ES Limited and LX. Known issues on the 1990 Premier. Six recalls apply to the 1990 Premier, and one of them affects steering: certain 1990 Premier cars, 12,500 of them, could have the lower intermediate steering shaft come apart at its rubber-isolated coupling, and dealers fitted a shaft with a restrained coupling. Certain cars were also recalled over rear brake line wear from a contacting heat shield, and certain vehicles with automatic shoulder belts over a system that could become inoperative. Complaints total 25: visibility leads with 8 and seat belts follow with 6. Two of those complaints reported a fire and 1 a crash.
