ICE FORMATION CAN PREVENT THROTTLE BLADE FROM CLOSINGTO THE IDLE POSTION WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL

Remedy

INSTALL ANCHOR PLATE UNDER BASE OF THROTTLE; HEATED ENGINE COOLANT WILL BE FLOWED THROUGH AN ADAPTER
