Of 9 owner complaints, 7 concern seat belts, and 1 complaint reported a crash; engine and engine cooling and tires account for 1 apiece. The single recall covered certain 1988 Raider vehicles with Takata-made front belts, whose red release buttons could break and drop debris into the buckle, stopping it from working properly and weakening crash protection.
