2025 Toyota Hilux Service and Repair Manual

Following its 2024 update, the 2025 Toyota HiLux enters the Australian market largely unchanged, yet it remains one of the most varied utes on sale. Workmate, SR, SR5, Rogue and GR Sport grades span single, extra and double cab bodies in cab-chassis or pickup form, with a 2.7L petrol inline-four, a 2.4L or 2.8L turbo-diesel, or the 2.8L with V-Active 48-volt mild-hybrid assistance on selected four-wheel-drive automatics. Known issues on the 2025 Hilux. No recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Hilux, and NHTSA lists no owner complaints, because the current HiLux is not sold in the United States. Service campaigns in each market are issued by the local Toyota distributor.
