Known issues on the 2025 Ioniq 6. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The integrated charging control unit (ICCU) may be damaged and stop charging the 12-volt battery, which can cause a loss of drive power; dealers inspect and replace the ICCU and its fuse and update its software. The charging port door panel may detach, and dealers apply adhesive to the door assembly. The driver and passenger seat belt anchors may also detach, so dealers reinforce or replace them.
