2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Service and Repair Manual

The 2025 Ioniq 5 is the first built at Hyundai's Georgia plant, and the changes run deeper than the badge: a larger battery pack, a factory NACS charging inlet on US-built versions, a reworked center console with physical controls and a new off-road-flavored XRT trim. The high-performance Ioniq 5 N also arrived for this year. This factory service and repair manual is specific to 2025, covering single-motor rear-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive versions from SE Standard Range to Limited, XRT and N. Known issues on the 2025 Ioniq 5. Nine recalls are on federal record for this model year. They include a rear floor wiring harness that may keep the rear side air bag from deploying; brake and vehicle control software on the Ioniq 5 N that can reduce braking when left-foot braking is active, first addressed in one campaign and then replaced by a second that also covers unintended acceleration with N e-shift engaged; and a right-side headlight with an incorrect aim label. The remaining five cover loose bus bars in the high-voltage battery (two campaigns), improperly tightened rear suspension alignment bolts, loose front seat belt retractors and rear suspension fasteners that may detach.
