Known issues on the 2025 Voyager. Six recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Voyager. Three separate campaigns cover left and right side curtain air bags whose improperly sealed seams may not hold enough pressure to meet the federal occupant-protection standard. Another covers a cracked brake pedal position sensor capacitor that can cause a loss of stability control. The remaining two come from mobility converters: one for wheelchair restraint retractors that may not lock, and one for a front seat harness connector that could keep the air bags from deploying.
