Known issues on the 2024 Prologue. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the right front lower control arm, which can contain a manufacturing defect that causes it to fracture, leading to loss of vehicle control. The second covers a software error in the instrument panel display that can cause it to fail to show the speedometer and warning lights, and can also blank out the rearview camera image, both of which reduce the driver's visibility and awareness. The third covers the rearview camera again, which can display a distorted or blank image and reduce the driver's view behind the vehicle. No owner complaints are logged for the year and no technical service bulletins have been issued.
From tracing a rearview camera fault to inspecting the front lower control arm or working through routine EV service, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your specific 2024 Prologue.
