Consequence
A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2023 F-Pace vehicles. The engine cam carrier oil channel may be blocked, which can lead to an oil leak.
Consequence
An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the engine cam carrier and related components as necessary, free of
Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) on
High Voltage Coolant Heater Inoperative - Malfunction (PHEV)
Software Over The Air (SOTA) updates are failing to complete. Specifically Vehicle Domain Controller (VDC) PIVI and Gateway Module A (GWM). These vehicles have now been stopped from further SOTA attempts and require a wired intervention.
