2023 Chevrolet Onix Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2023 Chevrolet Onix covers two three-cylinder engines that take opposite approaches to making power: a 1.0L of 61 cubic inches with a turbocharger, and a naturally aspirated 1.3L. Both use double overhead camshafts and run on gasoline, and both go into the same four-door sedan, sold as LS, LT or Premier. That difference in induction is why the engine section splits, since intake, boost control and exhaust procedures diverge even where the internal engine work looks alike.

Known issues on the 2023 Onix. No recall has been issued for this model year and no owner has taken a complaint to NHTSA, so the federal record on it is blank. What the manual documents is the work itself: engine mechanical and induction procedures for both three-cylinder units, fuel and ignition specifications, cooling system service, transmission and driveline overhaul, brake, steering and suspension adjustment, torque values and clearances, and the wiring diagrams and diagnostic charts that make an electrical fault in the sedan traceable.
