[XXX] I was Braking while pulling into my Carport almost at the Rear curb, when Suddenly and without Any Warning, my 2022 NX 450h Accelerated Rapidly and sent Me up a short Hill and Crashed into a Large Tree While I still had my foot on the Brake. Then it kept Accelerating and the Front tires Dug a 4in Deep Hole while they were Spinning still with My foot on the brake! I was able to get the car into Reverse and backed it down the hill and turned it off. It wasn't Drivable due to the Extensive Front Damage, so I had it Towed it to my Local Roseville CA Lexus Dealership service and they Told Me

The contact stated that the Mobile App was used to activate the blind spot monitoring system while driving manually. The dealer was notified of the failure; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The sunroof exploded while I was driving on the highway, traveling at approximately 70 mph. There was frost on the car & I had the defroster up high when initially getting into the car. However, by the time I got on the highway, it was turned down to the 2nd level.
