Known issues on the 2022 GV70. Five recalls are on the federal record for this year, and they fall into two groups. Two concern front seat belt pretensioners that can rupture as they deploy and throw metal fragments through the cabin. The other three are fuel: two separate actions on a pump that can fail and leave the vehicle without drive power, and one on fuel escaping where the fuel pipe meets the fuel rail. Complaints total 92, led by the power train at 19, fuel and propulsion at 10 and the engine at 8.
