Known issues on the 2022 CT5. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the roof rail side-curtain air bags, which may not have been installed correctly, which could result in an improper air bag deployment during a crash. The second covers the daytime running lights, which may not deactivate when the headlights are on, resulting in a glare that reduces visibility and increases the risk of a crash. Owners have filed 10 complaints for the year, and no technical service bulletins are logged.
Whether you're inspecting the roof rail air bag system, tracing a DRL fault, or working through a scheduled service on the twin-turbo V6 or supercharged Blackwing V8, it keeps you on the OEM procedure for your specific 2022 CT5.
