Known issues on the 2022 Zevo. The federal record holds 2 recalls for the 2022 Zevo, and both involve certain vans in the EV600 version. First, the front drive unit could leak oil and start a fire under the front of the van; it covered 66 vehicles, and the fix was to replace the affected vans outright. In the second, a battery pack housing on certain EV600 vans that may not have been sealed correctly could let water into the high-voltage pack, and that water could cut drive power and raise the chance of a crash, with a repair still being developed when owners were first notified.
