2021 Genesis G70 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2021 Genesis G70 has two turbocharged engines to keep straight — a 2.0L DOHC inline-four of 122 cubic inches and a 3.3L DOHC V6 — and it keeps them straight by giving each its own specifications, clearances and torque tables. The body count is simpler: one four-door sedan. Equipment runs Base, Advanced, Elite, Prestige and Sport, five levels whose differences show up mainly in the wiring diagrams and component locations rather than in the mechanical sections.

Known issues on the 2021 G70. Four recalls are recorded against this year, two of them on fuel delivery. In one, a burr left on the fuel pump's jet nozzle can block it and starve the engine until it stalls; in the other, the pump fails outright and drive power goes with it. A third involves a turbocharger oil feed pipe that deteriorates and drips oil onto hot parts, and the fourth a short inside the anti-lock brake control module that can start a fire. The six complaints logged fall on the electrical system, engine and fuel.
