The first covers the roof rail side-curtain air bags, which may not have been installed correctly and can deploy improperly in a crash. The second covers the communications gateway module, which can incorrectly process a loss of communication with the sensing diagnostic module and cause the air bag malfunction indicator light to fail to warn the driver of a problem. The third covers the daytime running light software, which may not deactivate when the headlights are on, producing glare that reduces visibility.
