Known issues on the 2020 GLC43 AMG. NHTSA's recall list for the 2020 GLC43 AMG runs to seven entries. One involved a power steering control unit wiring harness on certain vehicles that could have been damaged in production, which could cost the driver steering assist or short-circuit and start a fire. On certain vehicles the headlights may sit aimed too high and dazzle oncoming drivers, and two separate software problems could keep the rearview camera image from appearing on certain vehicles: a camera software error, and MBUX software that could leave the display black or restart it.
