Known issues on the 2020 CLA250. The 2020 CLA250 has 11 recalls on the federal record. A recall of certain 2020 CLA250 vehicles covered just one car, where melted adhesive may have contaminated the plug feeding current to the power steering unit, so assist could drop out on the move. Certain gasoline-engined cars may have had particles trapped where the injectors seat in the fuel rail, so fuel could seep out near hot parts. On certain others a small switch inside the driver's door lock can corrode and fail to register an open door, so the parking brake or Auto-Park may fail to engage and the car could roll away. The electrical system leads the 21 complaints with 5; of all 21 complaints, one reported a crash and two an injury.
