Looks like an incomplete random collection of service manual pages with technical service bulletins mixed in, all in random order. This is nothing like what their site advertises.

I see that key engine, transmission, brake and suspension sections are extremely incomplete or completely missing.

Very disappointing.

I will dispute this with my credit card, and I will lodge a complaint with the various authorities, and I am going to show this to my attorneys, they are going to have fun with these goons.

The download I received was a complete waste of my money. Was not even close to what it was represented as. I thought I was getting a proper service repair manual. What I got was a collection of service bulletins. I sent an email to your company right after I looked through it requesting my money back. Have yet to hear a response. Terry Muich

It was much larger than i expected. 5 documents at 12k pages each. Its not something ill actually be able read but its easy enough to find what you need..
The Ford F250 manual is much easier to navigate at just over 8000 pages.
If i spend the money for Adobe Acrobat Professional ill be able to break it down into manageable bits.
Both manuals area great value for the money.

This service and repair manual covers the 2020 Kia Stinger as Kia built it that year, tied to the engine and trim in front of you rather than to an adjacent model year that only looks the same.

Engines covered

  • 3.3L V6 — DOHC, turbocharged, gasoline
  • 2.0L inline-four (122 cu in) — DOHC, turbocharged, gasoline

Body styles covered

  • 4-door hatchback

Trims covered

  • EX
  • GT
  • GT Limited
  • GT-Line
  • GT1
  • GT2

Known issues on the 2020 Stinger. Six recalls are on federal record for this model year. One covers the hydraulic service brakes with antilock and traction control on vehicles equipped with 3.3L T-GDI engines, where an engine compartment fire can increase the risk of injury or crash. A second covers the steering, naming a component within the Rack Mounted Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) Assembly on cars with a 2.0L Turbo-GDI engine, where a loss of steering control can increase the risk of a crash. Two more cover fuel delivery. On the first, the fuel pump's jet nozzle may have a plastic burr remaining from the manufacturing process, and insufficient fuel supply to the engine can result in a loss of drive power. On the second, the fuel control valve plunger may stick inside the high pressure fuel pump, causing over-pressurization, and a loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash. A fifth covers the instrument panel fuel gauge, where a software error in the instrument cluster may cause an inaccurate fuel gauge reading, which may result in the vehicle unexpectedly running out of fuel and stalling. The sixth covers turbocharger hoses on cars with a 3.3-liter turbo gasoline direct injection engine and names the left turbocharger oil feed pipe, with the stated risk being an oil leak in the presence of hot engine components. Owners have filed 29 complaints for the year and Kia has issued 44 technical service bulletins.

Whether you are tracing an MDPS steering fault, working a high pressure fuel pump drivability problem, or inspecting the left turbocharger oil feed pipe, it holds you to Kia's own procedure and the right figure for this 2020 Stinger.

FUEL LINE CONNECTION WITHIN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT HAD A LOCK/COVER THAT WAS NOT SEATED/ATTACHED. ISSUE WAS DISCOVERED AFTER DOING A THOROUGH LOOK OVER OF A NEWLY PURCHASED VEHICLE IN WHICH A LOOSE NUT WAS FOUND IN THE TRUNK. UPON REMOVAL OF THE PLASTIC ENGINE COVER NEXT TO THE NON LOCKED FUEL LINE TWO MISSING BOLTS WERE FOUND FOR A WIRE HARNESS ON TOP OF THE ENGINE. OWNER CONNECTED FUEL LINE LOCK, DEALER INSTALLED TWO BOLTS TO THE WIRE HARNESS. NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN SINCE NOTHING WAS BILLED.

06/19/2022Component: SERVICE BRAKES

Dealer said it is a known issue, but the brakes leave deposit on rotors and cause severe shaking while slowing down. Rattles entire car and steering wheel violently. Had this issue first at 5k miles, now at 18k miles and it is back. The dealer turned the rotors for me under warranty at 5k, but now are telling me I need to purchase my own aftermarket pads and rotors because they won't cover it. Pads have plenty of meat left, just has a nasty "warble" under braking.

Dealer stated that the GDI pump has failed and that is not a common issue.
