Known issues on the 2020 X2. One recall stands on the federal record for this model year. A rollover sensor inside the air bag control unit can fail to do its job, so in a rollover crash the head air bags, the seat belt pretensioners and other restraint functions may not deploy at all. Two owner complaints have been recorded, one of them on the air bags.
