2018 Yamaha SIDEWINDER M-TX 153 Service and Repair Manual

Mountain and trail Sidewinders share their 2018 documentation. Part number LIT-12618-03-50 covers the M-TX 153, model code SW1NM53JB, together with the rest of the twenty-model 2018 range: the B-TX and L-TX families, the M-TX 162 and the LE and SE variants, the R-TX, S-TX and X-TX sleds.

For an M-TX the track and rear suspension sections are the ones that differ most from the trail models, and those are the sections where the model code printed alongside a specification matters most.

The rest of the manual is common factory content: maintenance intervals, engine and turbocharger overhaul with torque figures and service limits, fuel-system and electrical diagnosis with expected readings, clutch and drive-belt data, brake and steering service, and complete wiring diagrams.
