2018 Ford Fiesta Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2018 Ford Fiesta covers two engines, the naturally aspirated 1.6L twin-cam four and its turbocharged counterpart, in four-door hatchback and sedan bodies with S, SE, ST and Titanium trims. The two share displacement and much of their architecture but not their service data, since the turbocharged version adds boost control, charge cooling and its own torque and timing figures. Those differences are broken out where they matter and consolidated where they do not.

Known issues on the 2018 Fiesta. With two versions of the 1.6L four on offer, one of them turbocharged, this year drew no recall campaigns at all. Owners have filed 35 complaints with NHTSA, a modest total spread over the power train, the electrical system and the air bags without any one of them dominating. The manual covers all three areas, with transmission and clutch diagnosis and overhaul, electrical fault tracing supported by full wiring diagrams, and the restraint system procedures and precautions that apply when working near air bag components.
