Of the 11 recalls NHTSA filed against the 2018 Stelvio, one concerned certain Quadrifoglio vehicles whose engine cooling hose might have too little webbing material and leak coolant, letting the engine overheat and stall; dealers replaced the hose. On certain 2018 Stelvio vehicles, the fuel pump could fail, cutting fuel flow and drive power, and the fuel delivery module was replaced. Owners filed 130 complaints, led by the electrical system (42), engine (41) and gasoline fuel system (30); 3 complaints reported a crash, 3 a fire and 2 an injury.
