Known issues on the 2017 City Express. Two recalls are on the federal record for this model year, and both end with the engine stopping. In one, weight hanging on the key ring, combined with road shock, can carry the mechanical ignition out of the run position while the van is moving. In the other, a misrouted fuel tank temperature sensor harness chafes and shorts, blowing the fuel pump fuse. Four complaints are recorded, one each on air bags, the fuel system and structure.
