Known issues on the 2016 Transit-350. Eight campaigns make up the federal recall record for 2016. Several separate builders recalled foldaway seats after finding that the back cushion can let the seat back move in a crash; one converter recalled wheelchair lifts whose platform can stop above the floor line; and a hybrid conversion supplier recalled vans over a front driveshaft universal joint that can come apart.
