Yamaha's move to AC drive brought its own service publication. Part number LIT-19616-29-14 covers the Adventurer Two in 48-volt AC-motor form across model years 2015 to 2018, and the 2015 car carries the code YTF2EX5.

An AC drive system is not diagnosed the way a brushed DC car is, and the manual reflects that. Motor and controller testing, the throttle and speed sensor inputs, the main contactor, regenerative braking behaviour and the charging system each come with the procedures and values Yamaha specified, including the fault indications the controller reports.

Mechanical coverage takes in the rear gearcase and axle, brake adjustment and lining service, steering, front suspension, wheels and tyres, and the frame and body hardware, with published torque figures. Wiring diagrams are drawn by model year.
