2011 Yamaha RS VENTURE Service and Repair Manual

RST90GTAB is the factory code for the 2011 RS Venture, and LIT-12618-02-91 is the manual number. Yamaha used that one book for the 2010 and 2011 model years and for the RS VECTOR, which is worth remembering if you run more than one of these sleds.

The value of factory documentation on a machine like this shows up in the electrical chapters. Sensor resistance ranges, charging output, fault-code meanings and the order of tests are all specified, so an intermittent problem can be narrowed down instead of chased by parts replacement.

Mechanically the manual gives the full sequence: engine removal and overhaul with service limits, clutch and secondary setup, chaincase, slide rail and track specifications, brake and steering work, and the torque value at each fastener. Wiring diagrams cover the whole sled.
