Known issues on the 2008 Solstice. On certain 2008 Solstice vehicles, some inboard seat stud fasteners could fall short of their strength specification, so the seat and belt might not hold an occupant in a crash; dealers inspected the studs and fitted bolts where needed, and 1,482 vehicles were covered. Another recalled certain 2008 Solstice vehicles whose passenger air bag suppression sensor could be damaged within the seat and disable the front passenger bag.
