2007 Yamaha G22 G-MAX (CARB) Service and Repair Manual

By 2007 the carbureted G-MAX was at the end of its production run, and the manual covering it is still LIT-19616-22-04. The code for this car is G22AE.

Fifteen G22 and G23 variants across model years 2003 to 2007 share the volume, the electric cars and the UMAX Medium Duty utility models among them. For a last-year car that breadth is helpful, because it shows which components carried over and which were changed.

Engine work is covered in full: carburetor service, valve and cylinder measurement, starter generator, fuel and exhaust. The drive train chapter deals with the primary and secondary clutches and the belt, and the brake section gives the adjustment figures rather than a rule of thumb.
