This factory service and repair manual for the 2007 Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG belongs to a four-door wagon with a big naturally aspirated V8. That engine measures 6.3L, has double overhead camshafts and runs on gasoline, and it is the only one listed. The wagon comes in a single Base trim. The manual runs from the V8's specifications and torque values to the chassis, braking and electrical systems of this wagon.

Known issues on the 2007 R63 AMG. Both recalls naming the 2007 R63 AMG concern corrosion inside the brake booster housing on certain vehicles, where trapped moisture could reduce braking or lead to failure; owners were told not to drive until it was repaired. The 2007 R-Class line carries two recalls of its own: certain vehicles with an accelerator pedal possibly not fully secured to its studs, and certain vehicles given incorrect workshop software coding that could keep the fuel pump running after a crash. Four complaints were filed against the 2007 R-Class line, two electrical. Brake booster, pedal and fuel pump work draws on the manual's torque values, specifications and wiring diagrams.
