Known issues on the 2007 CLK350. Fuel/propulsion leads the 41 owner complaints on this year with 13, ahead of air bags at 7 and power train at 6, while 3 complaints were filed against the 2007 CLK-Class line. On recalls, NHTSA lists four for certain 2007 CLK350 vehicles. They revolve around the sliding roof glass on certain vehicles: a panel possibly left insufficiently secured, and bonding to its frame that could break down, both able to put the glass on the road behind the car. Separately, NHTSA filed a recall against certain 2007 CLK-Class line vehicles after incorrect software coding at a service visit could keep the fuel pump running after a crash. The manual provides procedures, torque values and diagnostics for the fuel delivery, restraint and roof systems.
