Known issues on the 2007 Sierra 1500 Classic. The federal record carries two recalls, and both involve the heated washer fluid system. In one, a short circuit on the heater's printed circuit board could interfere with other electrical features, create an odor, or produce smoke and a fire risk; in the other, the heated washer module could ignite. Complaints number 343, with 155 lodged against the air bags, 44 against the service brakes and 29 against the electrical system.
