Known issues on the 2007 C6500 Topkick. One recall is on the federal record for the 2007 C6500 Topkick, and it concerns a wheelchair lift fitted to specialty conversions: the platform side plate could crack, letting the platform separate from the lift and come to rest against the door, where it could fall out once that door was opened. One owner complaint, on tires, is also recorded. Neither points at the chassis itself, so the manual's ordinary content — engine specifications, chassis and wheel fastener torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostic procedures — is what most owners will reach for.
