The Rage shares its service documentation with several other Yamaha sleds. Part number LIT-12618-02-38 covers the 2005 Rage, model code RSG90K, together with the RS VENTURE, VECTOR and VENTURE, across model years 2005, 2006, 2012, 2015 and 2016.

Match the code before ordering. Sleds of this era change hands often and hood graphics are not a reliable guide to what is underneath.

As factory material the book gives assembly order, torque values and service limits rather than general advice. Engine overhaul, fuel and ignition system testing, clutch and secondary specifications, chaincase service, slide rail and track adjustment, brake and steering work and full wiring diagrams are all present, along with the troubleshooting sequences Yamaha wrote for dealer technicians.
