2005 Suzuki Reno Service and Repair Manual

Suzuki's 2005 Reno was the hatchback sibling of the Forenza, a Pininfarina-styled five-door built by GM Daewoo and known elsewhere as the Daewoo Lacetti hatch. S, LX and EX trims all used the 2.0-liter DOHC four-cylinder with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. Three recalls are on federal record: a recall for a melted wiring-harness splice pack that could disable the low beams or daytime running lights; a recall for poor terminal contact that could overheat and melt the headlamp power splice pack, causing loss of low or high beams; a recall for heat in the headlamp switch or daytime running light module that could melt the part and create a fire risk.
