Known issues on the 2005 C7500 Topkick. The federal record on this year is clean, with no recalls and no owner complaints logged with NHTSA. A shop working on one of these is therefore looking for reference material rather than a campaign list, and the manual supplies it across all three body configurations. Engine coverage runs to the two turbocharged inline-six diesels and the 8.1L gasoline V8, with wiring diagrams and diagnostics written for the chassis in crew cab, conventional and cutaway form.
