2004 Yamaha WARRIOR Service and Repair Manual

The 2004 Warrior carries model code YFM35XS and is documented in Yamaha part number LIT-11616-YM-38, which also covers the 2002 and 2003 machines.

Note the code format: it reads YFM35XS rather than the YFM350 pattern used in most other years. When ordering parts or confirming a manual, quote it exactly as it appears on the frame, because the small differences are the ones that cause mismatches.

Inside are the maintenance schedules with their adjustment procedures, engine and transmission overhaul with clearances, wear limits and torque sequences, carburetor and ignition specifications, electrical testing with factory values, and chassis repair across steering, suspension, wheels, brakes and final drive.
