Yamaha wrote that manual for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 seasons and shared it with the SX Venom and the SX Venom ER, so the coverage list is short and the fitment check is quick once the code is confirmed.

The material is factory shop text: maintenance intervals, engine and carburetion procedures with clearances and torque figures, power train and drive service, chassis and suspension work, and electrical diagnosis backed by wiring diagrams. Troubleshooting is arranged so a symptom leads to a test rather than to a parts list. On VT60J the drive clutch, brake and track settings each carry stated limits, which matters on a sled that has usually passed through several owners.
