For the 2003 Warrior, model code YFM350XR, the factory reference is LIT-11616-YM-38.

Yamaha used that part number for the 2002 to 2004 machines. It is worth distinguishing from the earlier Warrior manual, which ended with the 2001 model year and also covered the Big Bear 4WD. This one is the later, tighter volume.

Work is documented in the order it happens. Routine inspection and adjustment first, with intervals. Then engine and gearbox service, including measurement points, service limits and tightening sequences. Carburetion and ignition specifications follow, then electrical testing with the readings Yamaha expects at each point. Chassis chapters take in steering, suspension, wheels, brakes and the drive.
