The Silverado version of the 650 for 2003 carries model code XVS650ATR, and Yamaha documented it in service manual LIT-11616-XV-01 together with the V Star Classic of the same period. That book covers 2001 to 2005.

Silverado-specific hardware appears in the chassis chapter: windshield mounting, the passenger backrest and its brackets, saddlebag fitting and the related fasteners with their torque figures. The engine, shaft drive and electrical chapters are common to both models.
