I WAS DRIVING ON A RAINY DAY, AND WAS EXITING THE PARKWAY, TURNING INTO THE MALL PARKING LOT, WHEN THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT. THE WHEEL WAS SO HARD TO TURN, BARELY MADE IT INTO THE PARKING LOT.
