1999 Yamaha RAZZ Service and Repair Manual

Late-run RAZZ scooters are still served by Yamaha's original service volume, LIT-11616-05-80, whose coverage was extended forward to 2001. The 1999 machine, code SH50L, is in it.

The book is procedural throughout. Maintenance schedule first, then engine and automatic transmission work with measurements and wear limits, then chassis, brakes and suspension, then the electrical system with full wiring diagrams and test sequences. Torque specifications accompany each assembly step. Fault-finding charts round it out.

Because so many years share one book, Yamaha annotates the places where the SH50L differs from earlier codes. That annotation is the practical value here: it stops you fitting a part that suited a 1988 scooter to a 1999 one.
