Check the code before you order: a 1995 Phazer is PZ480STV, and the factory book for it is LIT-12618-PZ-50. Yamaha wrote that volume to cover the whole decade of Phazers, base and electric-start models and the Phazer II.
The information is organised the way the work happens. Diagnosis narrows the problem, the removal section gets the assembly apart in the right order, inspection compares what you have against a printed limit, and reassembly specifies the torque. Adjustment procedures for carburetion, ignition and track tension are given with their tolerances.
Wiring diagrams are included. So are the periodic maintenance tables, which on a sled of this vintage are mostly a list of the things that have probably been neglected.
Quote the part number if you are confirming coverage with anyone, since the Phazer name spans more than one volume.
