1992 Yamaha TDM850 Service and Repair Manual

Yamaha's reference for the 1992 TDM850 is LIT-11616-TD-85, and the machine itself carries the code TDM850D. The same book takes in the 1993 model year.

Check the code before ordering. The TDM was sold across several markets and the suffix letter is what separates one season from another.

What the manual provides is the factory's own service text: torque specifications for every fastener the procedures touch, clearance and wear limits, ordered disassembly and reassembly for the engine, transmission and chassis, complete wiring diagrams with the values needed to test against them, and troubleshooting arranged from the symptom down to the cause.

With both 1992 and 1993 documented together, any revision Yamaha made between the two years is recorded where it applies.
